Desperate to find a cure for her daughter Sharon's bizarre episodes, Rose (Radha Mitchell), a young mother, flees with Sharon and heads for Silent Hill, the town her daughter names in her trances. But as they approach the deserted town, a mysterious figure appears, forcing Rose to crash.
