These unheard charts were written in 1938-9 by arrangers including Jerry Gray, Joe Garland, Eddie Durham and Artie Shaw and include songs as performed by Billie Holiday with Shaw's 1938 band. American author Will Friedwald wrote, "I've been to dozens, if not hundreds of Benny Goodman tributes. This was the best. Ever. Just amazingly great."
