"La Moglie Più Bella" (The Most Beautiful Wife) is a 1970 dramatic film directed by Damiano Damiani, in which a very young Ornella Muti made her debut. The soundtrack, composed by Ennio Morricone and conducted by Bruno Nicolai, remained unreleased until the 90s, with the exception of two songs (the title-track and "Tema di Francesca") that were released on a 45rpm single. This is therefore the first ever vinyl release of this soundtrack!
