Family of the Year- Family Of The Year
LA-based Family Of The Year (FOTY) - Joe Keefe (vocals, guitars), Sebastian Keefe (drums, vocals), Buckey (guitars, vocals) and Christina Schroeter (keyboards, vocals) - has accomplished a healthy dose of success in such a short amount of time. Most notably, the band's third show ever; handpicked out of 700 other hopeful artists, FOTY was chosen by conductor Keith Lockhart for the opening slot with the Boston Pops Orchestra & Ben Folds. To name a few additional highlights: two sold out shows in England and more across Europe, a triumphant set at France's largest music festival, Les Vieilles Charrues, and support stints with Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeroes, Mumford & Sons, Gomez, The Antlers and now, Belle Brigade and Good Old War.
