Washington D.C. native Glenn Leonard started singing at the young age of six, and by thirteen began to earn a living as performer. Leonard successfully established and recorded with three groups by the time he was in his early 20s: The Chancellors, The Instant Groove, and The True Reflections. Leonard came to the attention of The Temptations, who were looking for a replacement for Damon Harris, in 1975 and enjoyed a successful run with the world-famous group until leaving in 1983. His standout moments with The Temptations include The Best of Both Worlds, Eyes, Ever Ready Love, I'm on Fire, Go for It, and Silent Night from 1980's Give Love At Christmas album. In 2010, Leonard recorded a solo album featuring vocalist extraordinaire Jean Carne, that was helmed by noted Philly Soul producer and bassist, Butch Ingram. That relationship continues to this day and now Leonard, a recent R&B Hall-of-Fame inductee returns with the smooth as silk single "Betcha Don't Know," a track written, produced and arranged by Butch with backing from his band of brothers Jimmy, Billy, Timmy and Johnny.
