Red Kite- This Too Shall Pass - Red [Colored Vinyl] (Red) (PREORDER)

the album cover for Red Kite - This Too Shall Pass - Red [Colored Vinyl] (Red)
the album cover for Red Kite - This Too Shall Pass - Red [Colored Vinyl] (Red)

There have been quite a few changes for the Norwegian jazz rock band Red Kite. As the band explains: What can we say? It's been a weird time. A lot has happened, and none of it good! First of all, we had to postpone things for a while, as Bernt André Moen was going through some health issues that eventually led him to stepping down permanently. So that sucked. But there were deaths along the way too. We lost friends, a cat, a swan - even Ozzy and Ace! It's a bleak backstory, but there have been some positives. Old friend and saxophonist Gisle Johansen, who was originally only going to guest on the album, is now in the band. And luckily for us, another friend, Ståle Storlokken, was able to help out on short notice with the keyboards. So terrible times were had by all, but also a few laughs. Today's line-up of Red Kite consists of Even Hermansen - guitars, Trond Frones - bass, Torstein Lofthus - drums and Gisle Johansen - saxophone. For fans of: Mahavishnu Orchestra, Alice Coltrane, Black Sabbath, Terje Rypdal.

🩷 Open My Records To Avoid Seam Splitting

In order to ship your records to you in the safest way possible, and to avoid seam splits, we recommend removing the record from the jacket when shipping. That said, we will never open sealed records and do this without your permission. If you would like your records shipped to you this way, please add Open My Records to your cart.

We will place your jacket and record inside a FREE protective poly with all shrink and hype stickers intact.
