A record of the rich resonances that took place in the space of artist Hideo Takashima's exhibition 'Filled with Emptiness'!In January 2025, Hideo Takashima's solo exhibition 'Fill witt Empty' was held at Gallery Nomaru, a contemporary art gallery inOsaka. This was Takashima's first exhibition at Nomaru, and featured his first live performance with renowned British drummer/percussionist Roger Turner and sara (.es). The exhibition title, 'Fill witt Empty,' refers to 'a state filled with emptiness that embraces diverse possibilities,' as Takashima explained.The two musicians, performing together for the first time, stood on either side of Takashima's massive sculpture.The album captures the vivid and vivid image of the two musicians gradually resonating with each other, without any prior arrangement, simply immersed in the space.
