Various Artists- 30th Anthology Vol.1 (FL) (Various Artists)

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Flower Records, which was founded in 1995, the special compilation album '30th Anthology' will be released as a three-part LP series-all dropping simultaneously! This release, 'Vol. 1 -FL-,' features a generous selection of tracks that now fetch high prices on the secondhand market, including ONEGRAM's 'Tsunagatta Music,' Cruisic's 'Pacific 707 (4 Beat Club Version),' and an edit of 45trio's 'I Love You' by DJ KOCO aka SHIMOKITA. Also featured is a special Quiet Storm version of the massive hit by Reggae Disco Rockers, 'The Whistle Song,' along with a new remix of Su-Paka-Pooh's essential classic 'Kurage' by Slowly-revived after a quarter of a century and essential to understanding the label's history. In addition, a feel-good disco remix of 'Mayonaka no Door' by Aya Nakano With Bremen remixed by Fourtify-the new unit formed by Gakuji 'Chabe' Matsuda and Sgroove Smoove-is included. The compilation also features the first-ever release of Dominic Dawson's brand-new track 'Baltimore,' and the long-unreleased single version of Minako Okuyama's cover of S. Wonder's timeless classic 'Ribbon In The Sky. ' This well-rounded collection traces the full history of both Flower Records and BLOOM MUSIC. Produced using the 'Direct Cutting From Reel To Reel' method, which cuts directly from analog tape, it's a release that takes sound quality seriously-not just a random compilation, but a must-hear record. Each of the three compilation albums in the 'Flower Records Anthology Vol. 1-3' series includes a trading card. LISTEN: https://youtu. Be/1URrIIXvuh0 Tracklist: Side-A 01.
