We take great care in our packaging to ensure orders arrive to you quickly and safely. We choose to only ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground in order to minimize the transit time of your package and the potential for damage. We have found that choosing to ship this way provides a better experience for both us as a business and for our customers. In the event of package damage, the UPS process for claims is much smoother/quicker than other shipping carriers.

Vinyl orders are packaged in Whiplash LP mailers that are specifically designed to protect your records. We use 100% recyclable packing materials, from paper tape to HexcelPack, to do our small part to cut out single-use plastics.

We do offer free shipping over $75 in the US. Please note that if you opt for this offer at checkout, if your order contains preorders, your order will ship once all of the items within it are available.

It depends on where you are located. We are in upstate New York, so surrounding states can often get their items within 2 business days once shipped. Orders going to western states can take 5-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 9-16 days generally. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number. In stock orders generally ship within 24 hours.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation for your order yet, it is fully editable! Navigate to your account at the top of the page and locate the order in question. From there you can change your shipping address, the shipping method you selected, add or delete items out of your order, or cancel altogether.
