The Chemistry On All These Classic Recordings Is Evident And "A Blow For Me, A Tot For You" Is Up There With Albums Like "Funk Or Walk" Or "The Mothership Connection". Most Of The Material Was Penned By George Clinton, Bootsy Collins, Bernie Worrell And Glen Goins Including The Seminal 'Up For The Down Stroke' 'When In Doubt; Vamp' And 'Four Play'. Wesley Got Onto The Score Board With His Own 'Peace Fugue' That Closed The Set. Ace Records Are Delighted To Put This Album Out Again On Their BGP Imprint With Detailed Liner Notes Penned By Writer, Broadcaster And P-Funk Expert Kevin Le Gendre.
