Akira Mitake- Himawari (Original Soundtrack)
Akira Mitake, who played keyboards and violin in the early 80's new wave band 'Ippudo,' known for the hit 'Sumire September Love,' created this original soundtrack for NHK's program 'Nihon: Sono Kokoro to Katachi (Japan: It's Heart and Form)' a compilation of Japanese art history. This work was recorded with a different approach from the band's musicality and the song 'Kawano Nagareno Youni' provided to Misora Hibari, and when 'Mono (object)', which seems to be about Japanese beauty, is replaced with 'Oto (sound)'. A masterpiece of Japanese ambient/new age music, all of which are composed and arranged by himself, and are all about the expansive 'Joukei (landscape)'. LISTEN: https://youtu. Be/WZNPHNa92nE Tracklisting: Side A 1. Himawari 2. Retro no Shizuku 3. Yasha 4. Boufuu 5. Reien no Madobe Side B 1. Kinshitsu no Shirabe 2. Itoshi no Rei 3. Keisetsu 4. Ranja no Sono 5. Koshuu
