Highbias Entertainment presents a totally new musical experiment composed of Chicago's own: Dee Eye Zee, Humbug, and Kkrusty. In a massive aggregate of banjos, guitars, congas, trumpets, turntables, live drum kits, circuit bent children's toys, Gameboy, C64, Genesis, SNES, and NES music; Greyscale Picnic is born. Dee Eye Zee is a hip-hop artist of ten years or so, traditionally as a solo performer without much outside influence. In 2007, he met noise artist, Humbug, and began collaborating on audio works toward the tail end of the year. Humbug ended up debuting on Dee Eye Zee's 'Say Uncle' in 2008, with much acclaim from the underground hip-hop community and has since helped introduce all sorts of new ideas into Highbias' productions. In early 2009, skilled drummer, guitarist, and chiptune artist, Kkrusty, joined the mix. With vastly different tastes, musical forms, and skills the result of their music intentions is rather unique and unmistakable. Together they are Greyscale Picnic, and Panic in the Mosaic Era is their true story....
