This collection of Arias, featuring English operatic bass Matthew Rose, offers a fascinating insight into his world. This tribute to the larger-than-life opera star, for whom Mozart created the role of Figaro, features arias from Mozart, Salieri, Sarti, MartÃn y Soler and Paisiello. Rose is superbly backed by Jonathan Cohen leading Arcangelo, one of the world's leading ensembles.
