Tomocomo, who continues to perform at festivals both in Japan and abroad as a live act and DJ, presents her latest release on the new label Cozzmic Sonic Records.The A-side features the title track, "Prism of Echoes," a dance track that evokes the spirit of 1990s progressive house. The B-side includes a powerful acid house remix by Jun Jikooha, a member of the Goa trance unit Jikooha, who continues to deliver a one-of-a-kind groove to dance floors as an explorer of acid sounds, making full use of the TB-303 and TR-707. Also included as a vinyl-exclusive track is a modern techno remix by Funky Gong, whose hypnotic soundscape draws listeners in and showcases a masterful sense of spatial construction, and who has performed at numerous major festivals including Fuji Rock Festival.This release marks the launch of Cozzmic Sonic Records, brought to life through the unique sensibility and high-level production skills of Tomocomo, together with an outstanding lineup of remixers who have captivated the trance and techno scenes. Mastering was handled by Conor Dalton of Glowcast Audio Mastering in Berlin.
